Description
The RFCE plan of operation includes all current legal and regulatory updates on medication training and management, staff training, emergency disaster plan (AB3098, 1569.695), theft and loss, DNR and POLST information, LGBT, Covid-19, infection control, etc., with a 2025 admission agreement! Plus, additional items are included to assist a facility to maintain compliance. If ordered, the customer gets free updates to the RFCE admission agreement.
Note: The product is sent via email. Once sent, no refunds are issued. Also note, DSS is mandated by law to review your agreement at a visit to the facility [H&S Code 1569.887(d)] and facilities are not required to send it to the state.
