Refunds are provided if any materials ordered have not been sent via email or by priority mail. The window to seek a refund is within 10 days or the initial order. If 10 days have passed and no request for a refund has been sought by the purchaser, no refund will be issued. Emailed products and publications are not eligible for refunds as RFCE is unable to verify if the products were downloaded and used. Please email us at rfce4you@msn.com with reasons surrounding any order cancellations and/or request for refunds and we will respond within 48 hours. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days. However, refunds are subject to a credit card surcharge of 4% to offset charges related to the order and subsequent refund.
If you haven’t received a refund within five days of being notified of refund processing, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
