California law requires RCFE administrators to complete FOUR hours of instruction in laws, regulations, policies, and procedural standards that impact the operations of residential care facilities. The courses below are coded by DSS as law and regulation courses.
These FOUR hours are INCLUDED in the 20-hour Administrator Renewal Bundle.
The courses are Postural Supports, Facility Exceptions and Waivers, Managing Facility Emergencies, and Updates in Regulations.
